Bruno New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner

On New Year’s Eve, Bruno is hosting an extraordinary gala dinner complete with premium surf and turf-style cuisine and live entertainment. Highlights include Bison & Caviar Tartare, Atlantic Lobster Cobb Salad, Slow-Roasted AAA Prime Rib, Maple Smoked Steelhead Salmon, and more.
