Merging wellness and wilderness together in Tofino’s wild backyard

Just like any trip to Tofino, the journey is part of the adventure and offers the chance to see sea lions and otters playing in the Inlet and the occasional black bears foraging on the shoreline. On arrival, the team will tend the Harvia GreenFlame wood-burning heater and ready the sauna before stepping back to allow guests to enjoy. Plunge into the salty healing waters of the Pacific Ocean, stoke your inner fire in the cedar sauna with floor-to-seeing windows framing an unparalleled view, take a paddleboard out and soak in the stillness or relax in built-in hammocks with your loved ones and feel any stresses float away.
The six-hour adventure starts from $800 + tax for four guests and is available to book year-round via Tofino Resort + Marina’s onsite Adventure Centre. Trips run in all weather conditions, including during Tofino’s famed storm watching season.
For an additional $49 per person, retrieve crab or prawn traps on the way back to the dock and enjoy your fresh crab cooked at the 1909 Kitchen restaurant for dinner with the only Cook Your Catch option in town. Includes sides and sauces.
