Classes & Long Table Dinner’s Are Back at House of Boateng!

What a Summer we had!

Thank you everyone for sharing your summer with us, we are so grateful for what has been a busy summer. If there is one thing we have learned over the summer, is that good people are hard to find. We feel fortunate to have an amazing team and wonderful customers.

As our kids are back to school, we are excited to bring back our cooking demonstrations and long table dinners. Join cookbook author, Denise Marchessault, as she shares recipes from her latest cookbook, The Artful Pie Project.

Chef Castro and Denise go way back to when Chef used to teach at Denise’s home cooking school The French Mint. If you love homemade pastry but shy away from making your own, this lesson is for you! Learn tips and tricks for turning out the flakiest dough imaginable for first-rate pies and turnovers. The pastry freezes beautifully, so you can enjoy freshly baked pastries anytime.
