Vancouver’s favourite pooch patio is ready for the dog days of summer ahead

Uncle Abe’s is bringing back their furball-friendly patio for treats, eats, and good times

Summer is just around the corner and Uncle Abe’s famous pooch-powered patio is back for another season of long hot days hanging out with furry friends. With both a storefront patio and a large streetside extension, Uncle Abe’s will be the city’s best spot for pups and their humans to meet, mingle, and make the most of summer in Vancouver.

Their famous pup menu is getting another upgrade this year with the “Hair of the Dog” deluxe snack pack joining the Barkberry and Pupcolada “dogtails” and Chowcuterie Board treats. With a pepperoni stick, carrots, cucumber, dog treats, watermelon, blueberries, and whipped cream,
the Hair of the Dog is a perfect way to refuel from the hangover of going a little too hard at the dog park. With the opening of Monarch Burger’s new Main Street location at Uncle Abe’s, everyone can chow down on something delicious during their visit to the patio this summer.

To celebrate the start of another furball fun summer, Uncle Abe’s will be hosting a special dog party from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, June 15th with free dog snacks for the four-legged attendees and drink features and sampling from event sponsors Malibu and Twin Sails Brewing.

“Our dog patio party is one of the highlights of our year,” said David Duprey of the Narrow Group. “We can’t wait to see our four-legged pals and kick off another great summer of long days stretched out enjoying the warm weather.”

Nothing beats spending long summer days with the furry members of the family and there’s no better place to chill out after the exploration and adventure than Uncle Abe’s, so mark your calendar to kick off the dog days of summer on June 15th
.

Uncle Abe’s patio opens at noon Friday-Sunday and 4pm Monday-Thursday. Visit narrowgroup.ca for menus and full details.
