Mom deserves a meal as amazing as she is. That’s why H2’s acclaimed culinary team has gone above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable experience.

Among dozens of delights on offer, enjoy the crisp freshness of H2’s BC heritage greens salad bar, featuring a selection of locally sourced cheese and charcuterie, a mango quinoa salad, and much more. Feast on all your favourite brunch classics, including brioche French toast and irresistible eggs Benedict variations, plus the Westin’s smoothie tasting station. Then dive into entrées like pan-seared salmon filet, grilled Fraser Valley chicken breast, an Asian-inspired steamed-bao station, and a seafood station boasting white-wine-poached honey mussels, freshly steamed Dungeness crab, and bay scallop ceviche.

In addition, there’s a food station created especially for kids, with Belgian waffles, pizza bites, chicken fingers, and mini cheeseburgers.

Be sure to save room for a sweet finale with an assortment of mini cakes, petit-four-sec, cream puffs, and fresh fruit.

The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is renowned for its one-of-a-kind location in Coal Harbour – the ideal setting for a magical dining experience perfect for Mother’s Day. You can make it even better by booking your family and friends into one of H Tasting Lounge’s unique outdoor spring-themed dining domes: The Secret Garden.

Each glass-panelled, climate-controlled dome features seaside views, sliding glass doors, and crescent-shaped seating for up to 6 guests. Menu options include: bouillabaisse brimming with fresh local seafood; signature hay-smoked game hen for two with sumptuous maple glaze, herbed potato dumplings, and truffle soy jus; and char-grilled Prairie Rancher steak.

Cocktail aficionados will revel in imaginative concoctions such as the “Laka a Lono,” a floral rum-based creation inspired by Hawaiian mythology and the blooming of flowers on the Hawaiian archipelago.

Conclude your meal on a sweet note with HTL’s chocolate cake with Manjari dark-chocolate ganache, Chantilly cream, salted toffee, and Bayshore honeycomb.
